A 90,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building, PEMB warehouse addition built on an existing concrete slab. The original building was destroyed in a fire. We had to locate and dimesnion all the existing concrete piers and foundations edges, so we could place the the steel columns.

Mesquite, TX
A 22,000 square foot office and warehouse. Pre-engineered metal building, PEMB structure with concrete masonry unit, CMU exterior walls. The building also features commercial anodized aluminum storefront windows and prefabricated metal awnings.
